Everyone should know by now that the all-new 2010 Chevy Camaro outsold the Mustang in total sales for the first time in many years.  To keep the momentum going in high gear Chevy introduces a convertible model for 2011 that takes care of all of the problems that the older generation Camaro convertible came with.  That problem was a horrible cowl shake when traveling over rough pavement and a softer suspension tune for the heavier convertible model.  That was 2002, the last generation’s final year, and this is 2011 where competition from other domestics and import convertibles is fierce.


The 2011 Camaro convertible delivers great refinement, along with uncompromising coupe-like driving dynamics.  Its enhanced body structure helps prevent cowl or steering wheel shake for a strong, more confident feel in all driving conditions.  The power-top has a smooth, tailored fit, with acoustical foam in the headliner that helps keep the interior quiet when the top is up.


The all-new 2010 Camaro coupe’s architecture was originally designed to accommodate a convertible model, which means customers enjoy the fun of top-down cruising wit coupe-like driving dynamics.  Four strategic reinforcements enhance the already-stiff body structure to eliminate common convertible maladies of cowl and steering wheel shake.  They include a tower-to-tower brace under the hood; a transmission support reinforcement brace; an underbody tunnel brace; and front and rear underbody ‘V’ braces.  The goal in development was to make the convertible match the coupe as closely as possible in ride quality, handling precision and overall performance.


To compensate for the reduced structure of an open car, engineers often will make the suspension softer, making the convertible more into a ‘boulevard cruiser’.  Chevy engineers instead took the more difficult but better path of bolstering the structure rather than softening the suspension.  They didn’t change a strut, bushing or spring rate from the Camaro coupe.  The end result is a convertible that preserves nearly all the acceleration, road-holding and performance capabilities of the Camaro coupe.


Additional safety structural reinforcements were designed to improve noise and vibration characteristics, while also enhancing the elimination of cowl/steering wheel shake.  They include a hydroformed tube in the A-pillars, an inner reinforcement bracket in the windshield header, a reinforced front hinge pillar, and reinforcements inside the rocker panels.  The structural changes to the all-new Camaro convertible body give it superior bending and torsional stiffness than its closest competitor, and better torsional stiffness than the BMW 3-Series convertible.


The power-folding convertible top is also refined.  At the onset, designers and engineers sought to eliminate the common appearance of convertible top support ribs and they succeeded, using composite knuckles rather than aluminum ones, as well as extending the top material below the belt line and revising the top’s stitch lines.  The result is a top that has a smooth, taut and carefully tailored appearance that also retains the sleek roofline of the coupe.  It is a success as one look at the car from the side with the top up shows the coupe’s smooth and sleek roof line.


The power-folding top retracts in about 20 seconds.  It is built in partnership with the same manufacturer as the Corvette convertible top, and operates in a similar manner.  Why not copy the big brother convertible sports car?  That means it folds in a simple ‘Z’ pattern and latches with a single, convenient handle located at the center of the windshield header.  Other convertible models in this segment still offer convertible tops with dual latches, forcing owners into two-hand operations reaching across the car.


Once the latch is turned to the open position, the push of a single toggle button located to the left of the latch lowers the windows and activates the top.  The car doesn’t have to be parked for the top to be activated, allowing for spur-of-the-moment lowering while stopped at a stoplight.


The top is made of thick, durable canvas and it features acoustical headliner material that provides a quiet, coupe-like ride when the top is up.  It also incorporates a glass rear window and rear window defogger.  A folding one-piece tonneau cover is standard on the SS model that I tested and it covers the fold top for a finished appearance.  It is easy to install being constructed of one-piece, and easily fits in the trunk.  An accessory windscreen is optional from Chevy dealers and it installs behind the front seats to limit wind buffeting when driving with the top down.


Besides a world-class convertible structure and power convertible top, the new 2011 Camaro convertible SS RS (2SS) that I tested comes with world-class power and performance.


Two 6.2 liter V8 engines are offered in the SS models including the L99 on automatic equipped vehicles and the LS3 on manual-equipped models that I tested.  Both engines are derived from the LS3 that debuted on the 2008 Corvette, with an aluminum block, with cast iron cylinder liners, and aluminum cylinder heads.  Horsepower for the L99 is 400 and torque is 410lb.ft. and the LS3 develops 426hp and 420lb.ft. of torque.  Mated to these potent V8 engines are the Hydra-Matic 6L50 six-speed automatic and the smooth, short-throw shifting Tremec TR6060 six-speed manual.  The Tremec TR6060 that I tested came with a competitive/sport mode and performance launch control that optimized hard acceleration for quicker, more consistent performance.  The automatic equipped SS model races to 60mph from a standstill in just 4.9sec. while the Tremec TR6060 equipped SS model that I tested rocketed out to 60mph from a standstill in just 4.7 seconds.  A standard limited-slip differential puts the power down during hard launches.


Smooth highway cruising and the ability to cut through steep curving mountain roads is enabled with the unique, fully independent suspension system that is the same found in the SS coupe.  Up front is a double-ball joint multi-link strut setup with direct-acting hollow stabilizer bar, progress-rate coil springs and fully adjustable camber, caster and toe.  The rear features 4.5 links, progressive-rate coil springs over gas-charged shocks, a hollow stabilizer bar, and fully adjustable camber and toe.  A rear subframe with dual attachments lessons NVH and keeps the two tires firmly on the ground.  I was very impressed with how well the heavier SS convertible tracked through curves and gave back a smooth, controlled ride at all times with no cowl or steering wheel shake when traveling over poorly paved road surfaces.  The variable-rate, power-assisted rack & pinion steering system was the perfect choice for guiding me on my chosen path with quick, precise reaction to my inputs and a great feel for the road.  Just in case I ventured out of the adhesion parameters, the standard StabiliTrak electronic stability control system automatically and seamlessly keep me from over-steer.  If you wanted to take the handling power to the max you can turn off the system and wag the tail as you exit an extremely tight corner.  What fun it is to drive this new Camaro SS RS convertible!


Further keeping you out of trouble and safely and quickly slowing the SS RS down from speed are world-class brakes designed by Brembo.  Up front are 14 inch vented discs and in the rear are 14.4 inch vented discs.  Each disc is clamped with four-piston Brembo aluminum calipers for maximum braking power.  Standard ABS keeps you in control when braking hard on slick or wet pavement.


My SS RS rides on giant 20X8 front, and 20X9 inch flangeless, painted aluminum wheels with a midnight silver finish.  The front wheels are wrapped with Pirelli 245/45ZR20 front and 275/40ZR20 inch rear P Zero Nero low-profile high-performance tires for excellent grip and a compliant ride.  What more can you ask for?


The comfortable four-seat interior features the same retro-modern design as the SS coupe with a black interior with inferno orange accents on the leather trimmed front and rear seats.  The power-adjustable/heated front buckets are very comfortable and supportive with spirited and long-distance driving, the retro gauge cluster is easy to see and understand with a larger 180mph speedometer and 9,000rpm tachometer.  In between is a readout for your trip computer, setup and system checkups.  The leather-wrapped, tilt/telescoping, 3-spoke steering wheel feels perfect in your hands and the leather-wrapped stick shifter, steering wheel, armrest, center console and seats feature orange baseball contrasting stitching.  On the outside the SS RS Camaro convertible comes standard with front and rear body-color fascias with its unique grille, rear diffuser, lower extensions, front air scoop, rear spoiler, RS unique tail lamps and front brake cooling ducts.

Life lately, it has been filled with changes, and not all of them are good. Despite what you may think, not all automotive writer of jet-setting glamour, and most of us paid less than our counterparts in the nutrition industry accelerated. Sold my bike a few months back to help rebuild the savings, and now is the time to reduce the number of cars, my wife and I own. Gone is the 2006 Acura TSX, that was my daily driver in the Northeast. In five years, the car asked nothing - he began every day, ever needs repair and was totally predictable handling, even in the worst snow storms of winter (footwear with tires in winter, of course). As it is, the TSX was a device, like a toaster or coffee machine, and I've used the phrase "completely without soul" to describe the car more than once. Don't get me wrong; as cars, could not have asked for a more reliable ride or confidence, but not to the emotion factor, it was only there. Do you miss it? You miss your sensitivity to ask for anything, and I only hope my choice of replacement is half as reliable.


My 2006 Mazda MX-5 has disappeared, too, and stings a little. If the Acura was without soul, Mazda created for it in spades. It was the best car of management that I've never owned (once equipped with Mazdaspeed springs and swings, IE), and I have to tell many improvements to the car in the years that I've lost. It has promoted the tail of the Dragon, he has been Barber Motorsport Park and has never ceased to put a smile on my face every time that I I have gotten behind the wheel. Me I can not afford to maintain two cars, so I sincerely hope that the MX-5 is going to a new owner who is well. It is worth much.

I bought a Sony PS3 only for that game (even though I told the wife was for sampling above BluRay player), and patiently waited two years for the game be released. When GT5 was released, after a series of innumerable delays, players began to notice some flaws. The physical damage, Polyphany Digital insurance we would just like real life, not (at least not initially). The detailed images of the cabins and controls were limited to premium cars, which account for a fraction of the total cars available. Even the content seems a bit disjointed: trying to be everything for all fans of racing, Polyphany essentially disappointed fans of concentration, the fans of NASCAR and even TopGear. What is the sense of including the Top Gear test track, when you can only drive in "special" events?

Mated to the 2.0 TDI is a six-speed S-tronic dual-clutch transmission turning the front wheels.  A unique dual-clutch transmission, the S-tronic can perform near instantaneous shifts in just 0.2 seconds with the aid of paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel or by moving the stick shifter into a separate gate and pushing up to up-shift or pulling back to downshift, but the paddle shifter work quicker and best.  This performance is credited to dual input shafts and twin clutch packs that enable the computer to have the next anticipated gear ‘at the ready’ before it is selected.  When you move the stick into

Further enabling you to enjoy the ride is a great fully independent suspension system featuring MacPherson struts with lower wishbones, coil springs, tubular anti-roll bars and track stabilizing roll radius up front.  A 4-link rear setup features separate shocks and coil springs, and a tubular anti-roll bar.  Both the front and rear suspensions feature aluminum subframes that enhance rigidity, lesson NVH, and increase sports car handling capabilities.  The vehicle speed-sensitive electro-mechanical Servotronic power assist rack & pinion steering system is a great match for the A3 TDI with excellent feel for the road, and almost instant reaction to your steering inputs.  It also lessons total weight with less parts fitted to the engine and no belts taking power from the engine.


Large, 4-wheel steel disc brakes make slowing the A3 TDI down from speed quick and in control.  Up front are 12.3-inch vented discs clamped with dual-piston calipers while 11-inch solid discs clamped with single-piston calipers are featured in the rear.  Braking power and control are enhanced with standard ABS, EBD, BA and the Electronic Stability Program. The new Audi A3 TDI rides on large 17X7.5-inch alloy wheels wrapped with Continental 225/45R17-inch Pro Contact performance tires that enhance traction and give a very smooth ride.


Inside the new A3 TDI is comfortable, elegant and luxurious as you can equip the interior with several different trim levels.  My A3 TDI test vehicle featured the aluminum Medial inlays on the dashboard and door trim.  Fine soft-touch materials and chrome give the A3 TDI an elegant and luxurious feel.  The supportive, 8-way power/heated with power lumbar adjustment driver’s seat and manual front passenger seat are leather trimmed and very comfortable for short or long drives.  The A3 TDI has easy-to-read instruments with black dials and red needles, and a shift indicator displays the lets you know which gear you have chosen in the driver information system in the middle of the instrument cluster.  All dials, switches and buttons are within easy reach and fully illuminated for safe nighttime travel.


Premium and Premium Plus packages are available on the TDI.  The Audi A3 Premium includes standard ESP with ABS and EBD.  Servotronic power steering, Audi hill hold assist and brake assist complete the compliment of driving aids that are standard on the A3 Premium.  The exterior of the A3 TDI Premium includes brilliant halogen headlamps, and two foglamps mounted low in the vehicle’s front fascia.  LED turn signals mounted in the sideview mirrors make the A3 more visible to other drivers.


The interior of the A3 TDI Premium incorporates a four-spoke, leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel and leather seating surfaces. How well does the BMW 1 series m handle?

Chrysler working on burning of Gas and Diesel engine

The engine six-cylinder is rated 340 lb - ft or 460 Nm which should be sufficient to make the Speedster to have on offer performance sports car, even more so since the Speedster weighs less than 1 100 kg (2,425 lb). Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible with works of art CFC seems astonishing

2011 Mosler Raptor

Today, the company launched a new special project in which they are developing a new supercar that could weigh less than 2 000 lb. They have provided the name "raptor" and would be equipped with one litre 7.0 engine turbo twin V8 which produces approximately 650 horsepower.

The company has not left the full details of the car, but can be expected to follow along the lines of the company of other models. Compared with its predecessor the main difference would be the weight, with the new model is lighter as the rest. This would also give the car an advantage when it comes to power to weight ratio.

Jaguar Land Rover assembly plant opens in India, the Freelander 2 SUV is the first to implement

The SUV will be available in India in two variants, the automatic TD4 SE, the SD4 automatic HSE. The cars will carry a price tag from the INR 3.39 million, which is about 15 percent lower than the current models are imported.

Also according to recent reports of media, Jaguar, Land Rover looks forward to build a new plant of India motors, although there is no such confirmation of the company.

Tadge Juechter, Chevrolet chief engineer revealed in a video a few months back the Corvette being produced the company preferred. This new limited-edition ‘Black Diamond’ CTS-V sedan further makes the V-Series sedan stand out in a crowd of super-high-performing sedans.  For $4,850.00 added to an already ridiculous low price of just $62,165.00 for the standard CTS-V sedan, Cadillac adds stunning black tri-coat custom paint embedded with SpectraFlair bright silver pigment, yellow Brembo brake calipers, 19X8.5 front and 19X9.5 inch rear custom satin graphite wheels, Recaro 14-way power adjustable/heated/cooled front bucket seats, and Midnight Sapele wood interior trim.

The rear features the only piece of chrome on the car with the Cadillac scripted name, a centered Cadillac wreath, and lower CTS and V-Series badges.  The end of the rear trunk lid features the LED rear high-mounted stop lamp that also adds downforce.  A specially designed diffuser screen is cut into the rear bumper to help manage rear airflow.  Two, four inch wide polished stainless steel exhaust pipes are also cut into the lower rear bumper and sing out a muffled, growling sound when you mash your foot on the throttle.


Under the skin is where the real action of this ‘world-class’ supercar takes place.  The 6.2 liter supercharged and intercooled V8 engine powers the CTS-V and is rated at 556hp at 6,100rpm and 551lb.ft. of torque at just 3,800rpm.  The supercharger starts to force air into the engine at 2,300rpm to increased acceleration.  The engine’s Eaton 1.9 liter, Twin Vortices Series supercharger design employs twin four-lobe rotors, twisted 160-degrees.  Typical superchargers feature three lobes twisted 60-degrees.  The fourth lobe and added twist, when combined with the unique air inlet and outlet ports, create smoother, more efficient airflow into the engine.  In addition to improved overall efficiency, this supercharger has superior noise and vibration characteristics compared to more ordinary design.


The potent V8 supercharged engine is matted to either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic.  The smooth shifting, short-throw Tremec TR6060 six-speed manual with a dual-clutch is what I tested and it is a joy to use.  Shifts up or down are quick and smooth, power comes on quickly on acceleration or when you your need to decelerate the revs are beautifully matched.  The Hydra-Matic 6L90 six-speed automatic comes with steering wheel-mounted shift controls.  The steering wheel-mounted controls require no shift lever movement and allow immediate tap up/tap down gear selection.  Performance Algorithm Shifting provides the automatic transmission with a performance-oriented shift pattern during sustained high-performance driving.  You only have to slide the shifter into the manual ‘gate’ to put the transmission into a performance model.


Torque is channeled through the six-speed transmissions to a high-performance rear axle that features a limited-slip rear differential with a cast iron housing for greater thermal management and asymmetrical half-shafts to smoothly manage the supercharged engine’s incredible torque.  The unique design includes alternately sized half-shafts that also help dynamically balance the oscillation to torque from side to side, effectively eliminating ‘power hop’.  World-class acceleration figures for this magnificent Cadillac CTS-V are 0-60mph in under four-seconds, the ¼ mile reached in just 12.3-seconds at 117.7mph with a top speed of more than 190mph.


The V-Series Sedan achieves exceptional levels of road-holding performance, but also maintains the poise of a luxury car in ‘regular’ driving conditions.  The technical enable of this dual-mode driving character is Cadillac’s landmark Magnetic Ride Control.  It is the world’s fastest-reacting suspension technology.  It uses shocks controlled by advanced magneto-rheological technology, rather than mechanical valves, to greatly accelerate response time and precision.  Electronic sensors at all four wheels literally ‘read the road’ every millisecond, making constant adjustments to damping to create virtually instantaneous and extremely precise control of body motions.  The Magnetic Ride shocks also enable a broader range of damping control to optimize the ride and handling for all driving conditions.  In the CTS-V, an extra measure of control is offered, with two selectable modes (Tour and Sport), enabling you to tailor the suspension for grand touring or more spirited performance driving.  You can change the modes by simply selecting one or the other from the easy-to-use computer readout in the center of the instrument cluster.  The fully independent suspension also features Short/Long arms, a 29mm hollow stabilizer bar, elastomeric handling and ride bushings, and 65 N/mm coil spring rate up front and Short/Long arms, a 25.4mm solid stabilizer bar, elastomeric trailing arm bushings, and 90 N/mm coil spring rate.  Increasing handling even more is a direct-mount front cradle and rubber isolated rear suspension cradle, and a wide, thick aluminum strut tower brace over the rear of the V8 engine that also enhances the precision and quickness to your inputs from the ZF Servotronic II power-assisted rack & pinion steering system.  On the skid pan the V-Series sedan pulls 0.93g’s.  That high number is also the result of the standard traction control and StabiliTrak electronic stability control system.  You can of course shut the system off to make it easier to slide the rear out during your challenges of steep curving back roads.


Safely and quickly slowing the Cadillac CTS-V sedan down from speed are enormous brakes designed specifically for the car by Brembo.  Up front are 15.1 inch vented discs with 14.7 inch vented discs in the rear.  The front rotors are clamped with six-piston calipers and the rear discs are clamped with four-piston calipers.  The large, vented rotors enable strong initial braking force while optimizing heat resistance and eliminating fade.  The brake rotors from Brembo are manufactured with ‘dual-cast’ technology that combines cast iron and aluminum, resulting in superior performance and weight reduction.  Further enhancing braking power and control are standard ABS, BA and Rear Brake Force Distribution.


The unique design is eye-opening; the power and performance package is breathtaking and world-class in every category.   All that is left is the comfortable luxurious, technologically advanced and sporty cabin.   Cadillac comes through again with streamlined instrumentation, LED lighting, hand-cut-and-sewn accents, custom wood trim, sporty cues and more.


You open the door and glance at the long solid piece of aluminum with the ‘V’ series emblem on the kick plate.  The custom, unique Recaro racing seats are superb finished in leather with suede inserts.  These bucket seats are heated and cooled with power adjustment for the seat bottom, seat back, back and bottom side bolstering beside power lumber adjustments.  These seats are super comfortable and hold you and your front passenger snuggly in place during high-speed maneuvering.  The small, sporty, three-spoke steering wheel is covered in microfiber, just like a racecar that increases grip and keeps sweat from making your hands slip while turning the wheel.  The stick shifter is also covered in microfiber and placed perfectly for sure and easy shifting with the manual.  I loved using it!  Looking straight-ahead is the unique instrument cluster that is designed for easy, at-a-glance reference during performance driving.  A large 200mph speedometer, a large 8,000rpm tachometer have bold readouts, including an LED-lit ‘tracer’ function in the tachometer that flashes as the engine nears the redline.  The large dial to the right contains meters for the fuel on board, engine coolant temperature and boost gauge.  You also get a lateral acceleration display on the lower center dial that also contains readouts for all of your personal driving inputs, trip computer, engine operating systems, etc.


Obsidian Black and chrome accents grace the well designed dashboard and center stack, console, steering wheel and bottom door panels, while Midnight Sapele wood trim wraps around the top of the doors through the dashboard and around the outer edges of the center stack. It is a luxurious and elegant look.  Sporty cues include the aluminum with rubber insert foot pedals for added grip as you change gears, brake and accelerate with ease.

The car is simply amazing and the price for this special version is even more amazing, just $68,615.00 for all the great styling, power, performance, luxury, high-technology and safety.  I still can’t believe it because comparable sedans from other manufacturers start in the high-hundreds of thousands of dollars!  How can Cadillac do it?

2011 Porsche Panamera Stingray RTM by Russians tuners TopCar

Topcar - firm Russian tuning it seems had begun to develop what may be termed as the biggest baddest package ever for the Porsche Panamera Turbo. The package gives the car a 700 whooping push hp, although they started with the model which was 542 hp under its hood and then increased to that which had 600 hp before finishing with model with a whooping 700 hp on tap. The cost of package of 45 000 euros, or approximately $63,500 with only 25 units of this package never to do. However, one will have to hurry as four packages have already been sold.

To achieve the support of the power, Topcar resorted to the use of a filter to sport new air, intake manifold, motronik, and with valve exhaust system. With this inclusion, the Panamera went up to 600 hp. Some specific additions over the client and the car would have its power increased to 700 hp.

For changes to the exterior of the package includes changes to the bumper, the bonnet, front and rare Extenders fender, front and rear doors and side skirts. There is also the addition of wings, advanced aeration, sharp describes to the front bumper of the blade and bonnet, strongly marked rear diffuser and a spoiler on the boot lid. As for the interiors of the car, tuning firm left the choice on the owners to bridged according to the preferences of the client.

2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S 10 year Anniversary Edition to mark 10 years in China

It was in 2001 that Porsche run a re-entry in the Chinese market. And now, to celebrate the 10th year of this existence in this country, they have announced the launch of their special edition Porsche Turbo s. However, only 10 units of the car would be produced with each at a price of 3,488,000 RMB, or approximately $540,000 to current exchange rates. Sales are expected to start from June 2011.

911 Turbo S 10 year Anniversary Edition to differ with his work as a gold metallic Bronze with contrast exterior paint accents carbon matte, whereas classic Sport of 19-inch wheels are made up with a shiny black finish. To improve its aerodynamic capabilities, the car featured a spoiler before Aerokit, lid front and matte black carbon fibre mirrors. The price of the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle

Like the retro shape of the newly redesign VW Beetle? Chances are good you'll like the pricing as well, since the new car starts off just a few hundred dollars more than the car it replaces. Starting price on a 2010 VW Beetle was $18,690, while the starting price for the 2012 Beetle gets a bump to $18,995. There's a variety of Beetle models to choose from as well, starting with the aforementioned $18,995 2.5L, which gets you VW's 2.5 - liter five-cylinder engine (good for 170 horsepower), five-speed manual transmission, 17 inch alloy wheels, to leather-wrapped steering wheel and an eight-speaker audio system with an aux-in for portable music players.


For those of us who like to drive, VW is offering up the 2.0 l TSI at a starting price of $23,395. That gets you a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, good for 200 horsepower, hooked to a six-speed manual transmission. If you prefer the convenience of an automatic but still like to drive, VW's DSG dual-clutch "manual automatic" transmission is an available option. In addition to the standard features of the 2.5L, the 2.0 l TSI gives you Bluetooth connectivity, iPod connectivity, three-colour ambient lighting, bigger brakes with painted front calipers, sport seats, 18 inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler, foglights, additional gauges and alloy pedals.


Later in the year, VW will introduce to TDI variant of the new Beetle. Pricing hasn't been set for the TDI version just yet, but based on the price gap between the entry-level and Jetta TDI its counterpart, expect the TDI Beetle to start at around $25,995.

As well as providing sparkling performance, the four-cylinder engine with automatic transmission offers an EPA fuel economy rating of 30 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg city.


The 2.0 l has a standard six-speed manual transmission, with the option of Volkswagen's DSG © dual-clutch automatic transmission. It takes the standard equipment found on the 2.5L and adds Bluetooth ® technology, iPod ® connectivity, three-colour ambient lighting, larger brakes with red front calipers, to kaeferfach additional glovebox that is similar to that of the original Beetle, sport surfaces, 18-inch alloy wheels, seating in rear spoiler, foglights, three additional gauges on the dashboard, and alloy pedals.


In 2012, TDI Clean Diesel model will become available, powered by Volkswagen's highly efficient 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 140 horsepower and 236 lb - ft of torque. This will be the most fuel-efficient Beetle ever, with an expected estimate of 40 mpg highway.


The 2012 Beetle features sportier, more dynamic, and bolder styling than the previous model. It is also 3.3 inches wider, 6.0 inches longer, and 0.5 inches lower, giving the car to more muscular appearance that has a broad appeal. The Beetle will be available in three trim lines, some of which include the transparent, panoramic tilt/slide glass sunroof that is 80 percent longer than on the previous model.


The Beetle comes standard with the RCD 310 sound system with eight speakers; an optional premium VIII audio system features a CD changer, interface for SD cards, and a touchscreen. The Beetle will also offer concert-quality sound with an available Fender ® Premium Audio System, designed exclusively for Volkswagen. In a partnership that combines quality automotive engineering and quality sound engineering, Volkswagen and Fender have teamed up to bring the raw emotion of live music to the driving experience.


The Beetle includes Volkswagen's advanced Intelligent Crash Response System that shuts off the fuel pump, unlocks the doors, and switches on the hazard lights if the car is involved in some types of collisions. The Beetle is also covered under the no-charge, 3-year/36, 000-mile scheduled Maintenance Carefree ® Program.

2012 Chevy Camaro Gets more power from the V-6 and adds the expected ZL1 version, with a 6.2 l V-8 of 550 horses. 2012 Mercedes-Benz class B MPV is quite similar to its predecessor.
