Perfect Eagle Speedster - a tribute to the classic E-Type Jaguar

As the E-Type Jaguar celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2011, Eagle, the specialist for the restoration of British car that spends almost exclusively it efforts on the Jaguar E-Type thought the perfect way to celebrate the occasion with the beginnings of one of a kind Speedster Eagle. A roadster model, the Eagle Speedster will be an admix perfect beauty of the classic E-Type, along with technical know-how and expertise of the company.

Collector of U.S. Rick Velaj, who was looking for something "a bit special," ordered the car. When the Eagle Paul Brace Designer drew the sketch, Velaj was impressed and the rest was a piece of cake. He would lead any crazy fan of sports car if they told that everything on the E-Type Speedster is custom. Exactly as the 1960's Jaguar Type E, every detail is designed and custom made, unique shape of the body in aluminum, adapted from an original body by RS panels, to the glass windshield.

Under the carved body impressive hides a 4.7 litre six straight fact custom Eagle engine mated to a five-speed box. The engine six-cylinder is rated 340 lb - ft or 460 Nm which should be sufficient to make the Speedster to have on offer performance sports car, even more so since the Speedster weighs less than 1 100 kg (2,425 lb). The issue of handling has been managed by the technicians of the Eagle, as well as they equipped with a sport suspension optimized and makes the wheel to follow more wide.

The Speedster also made a relatively low profile because of its low-floor, while the seating position of the driver is also kept low for a sportier feel. The elegant lines of the car are connected with cockpit via a console "cascade" down between the two seats and is continued with the center tunnel. The dashboard is exactly as it was the E-type, will take an aluminium fascia, dashboard with a classical touch to it with leather awesome work. Custom aluminum wheels are equipped with spinners ears three wheels.

The price of this incredible car has not yet been described.
