Report: transmission of the Audi R8 will come with a new 2012 engine and upgraded to level

From the outset Audi R8 supercar has been a great success for the toughest of Audi brand and one of the models, but now brought together some dust on it, after being unveiled at the Paris salon, five years ago. To revive this relatively old model, the company plans to release a version of the R8 facelift sometime next year. The new R8 will get a number of subtle style settings, more powerful V8 and V10 engines, and a new S tronic transmission.

Sources suggest the 4.2 litre V8 produces 444 hp (331 kW / 450 PS) while the V10 5-2-litre gets improved 533 HP (397 kW / 540 PS). Most important, there are rumours of a S-tronic seven-speed transmission would probably replace the current R-tronic.

Although the R8 will be slightly took place, we believe that it will be a change in the physical design of the car very subtle model year. The 2012 changesis of style of the model should include minor external changes, revised headlights, tail lights and new bumpers.

Rumors say that there is no another facelift for the Lambo Gallardo, the cousin of R8's. more special editions will be coming, but Lambo fans will have to wait a period of three years for the successor of the Gallardo.
